- Things to Notice
- Private hired car charge is time-based. Customers are free to choose the stay duration at each destination. However, Koonapa Traveler will recommend stay duration for each attraction place.
- As our company is based in Bangkok, Thailand, we charge tour fees and deposit in Thai Baht currency. Customers are responsible for the differences in exchange rate.
- Customers are responsible to pay the remaining tour fees on the day of tour in Thai Baht, in cash.
- Booking deposit is 20% of the tour fee, and it is included 5% Service Charge. 5% Service Charge is non-refundable. (Except for One Day Tours Special Combo. One Day Tour Special Combo deposit is ฿1,500 Baht)
- Overtime and early in the morning starts are counted as overtime charges (฿150 Baht/hour).
- If there is any issue incurs during the tour, please tell our driver right away. If the driver is unavailable or cannot solve the issue, please call our office immediately.
- Entrance fee price changes are based on attraction companies. Koonapa Traveler is not responsible for the price change.
- Our offered price does not include high season period (Chinese New Year in February, Songkran Festival in April, and Christmas and New Year in December)
- Booking Confirmation
- After you have paid the deposit, Koonapa Traveler will send a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail inbox you provided for us. Please save the confirmation e-mail for future reference.
- We will contact you via e-mail and/or phone calls 24 hours before departure for last confirmation.
- If we are unable to deliver the service you have paid for, we will contact you as soon as possible and then refund full deposit.
- Booking Cancellation
- If customers cancel booking, we will refund your deposit. However, 5% service charge is non-refundable.
- If unforeseeable events take place on the date of your tour, such as natural disasters and other events that are uncontrollable by our company, we provide change of date with no charge. Deposit, however, are non-refundable.
- We do not provide refund if customers make the wrong booking online.
- Booking Modification
- If customers need to modify partial or full routes and attraction areas, please contact our office as soon as humanely possible. Customers are responsible for the price differences as well as the extra charges that may incur.
